Shipping & Returns
Returns: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer Free Returns, meaning we pay for all shipping costs. To start a return, go to returns, put in your order number and email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Include the original packing slip in the package. Throughout the return process you will receive updates by email at the following stages: 1. We have received your return request. 2. Your return request has been approved/declined. If approved, you will be automatically sent a pre-paid shipping label. All you have to do is print out the shipping label and stick it on the package. 3. We have received your return and will process it as soon as possible. 4. Your return has been accepted/declined. If accepted, you'll be refunded with a store credit.

Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. It takes us 1-3 days to process your order. Most of our items are shipped to you within 4 to 10 days. Due to the impact of Covid-19, select items that ship overseas can take up to 10 to 30 days to arrive. If you have not received your item at this time, please contact us at, email@example.com.
